B Flawless Complete Coverage Foundation Review in 040 Honey
Okay, so recently whilst browsing the aisles at my local Superdrug I spotted the new B. range. Available in 5 types so far B. Flawless, B. Ageless, B. Naked, B. Radiant and B. Illuminating.
I went for the B. Flawless in 040 Honey. There only seemed to be a few colour in the range SD had and i believe there was 1 shade darker above the honey. I toyed with myself for ages over which colour to get but decided on the Honey as it looked better on the back of my hand.
I noticed that Cosmopolitan had named it the best high street foundation and Superdrug also had a sale on to promote the product so i grabbed a bargain at £4.99. They are currently on the SD website for £9.99.
So the packaging. Really nice bottle doesn't feel cheap, nice and heavy. Pump action and a nice amount of product comes out. It took me three pumps for my face i like quite a good coverage.
The product itself goes on really nicely, just make sure to moisturize and prime your face beforehand. I have quite a dry forehead and found that it went a bit patchy up there first time i tried this. I then applied a night cream before I gave it another go and it lasted much longer and didn't patch up so just make sure to moisturize well if you have any dry skin. The color Honey once I got out of the bright lights of the store is a few shades lighter than what I would normally go, I kinda wish i'd of gotten the darker one in SD, I like to be quite bronzed looking! I use a darker shade of Maybelline FIT color 355 to contour and it blends perfectly over the top of the foundation.
So all in all this was a great for £4.99 but next time I think id like to try the B. Naked as its coming into the summer and my need for a fuller coverage isn't as much. I liked the finish when my face had been well moisturized before i put the product on. There isn't much of a color choice in store or online, so don't hold out for amazing choice.
My Score 7/10
My eye are done with MAC Mulch - Check out my blog only using 2 colors its Super Fun and Easy :)
